Return Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at coaststandard@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Email us at coaststandard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process return to inventory.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds for returned products. As a small, family-owned brand, we produce intentionally and in limited quantities to avoid excess waste. This helps us stay aligned with our commitment to sustainability — and ensures that every item we create has purpose.

If you'd still like to return an item, we’ll gladly accept it and offer you a discount code toward your next purchase. Your returned product will be thoughtfully reused, archived, or donated.
