Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship from the U.S. using trusted fulfillment partners to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically ship in 2–4 business days. After that:

  • U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days *NOT AVAILABLE YET*

  • International: 10–20 business days *NOT AVAILABLE YET*

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet, when we do will — ship worldwide. Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away. We’ll do our best to make it happen.

Q: How does sizing work?
Each product includes a fit note or size chart. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll help guide you.

Q: What’s the best way to care for my hoodie or hat?
Wash cold, inside out. Hang to dry or tumble low. Avoid bleach or heavy heat to keep your gear looking fresh.

Q: Is Coast Standard only for coastal living?
Not at all. “Coast” means more than coastline — it’s about slowing down, finding stillness, and living with intention, wherever you are.
